How do we organize the party?
Birthday parties at The Little Gym are designed to provide unforgettable moments, always with lots of music, movement, and fun! Each party lasts two hours and is divided into two parts:
Activities (60 to 75 minutes): Games, dance, and fun gymnastics! Children will explore the Parachute, the Bouncy Mat, the Spider-Man Game, and the Flying Carpet, in addition to the gymnastics equipment (rings, parallel bars, and balance beam – the famous “magic bridge”). We always start with a lively warm-up and a choreography adapted for boys and girls.
Snack and Happy Birthday (45 to 60 minutes): Time to celebrate with friends and family!
O The Activity and Snack Area is reserved for you, ensuring complete privacy and comfort while you enjoy yourself with your guests. We have our main activity area and two party rooms with plenty of space for the birthday child and guests.
🎂 Snack and Decoration
The cake, snacks, and supporting materials are the family’s responsibility. You can bring them from home, hire an outside service, or order directly from our partner: Gudilicious (with delivery to our location).
Decoration: You can decorate the snack room, but we ask that you do not stick materials on the walls, only on the windows.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the space or loose balloons in the snack room.
🎈 Important Information
All children must participate barefoot or wearing non-slip socks.
Until the age of 3, they must always be accompanied by an adult.
The parents of the birthday boy or girl and guests may remain in the space.
Reserva
Price for up to 15 children: R$270 (Exclusive use of The Little Gym space and team of teachers to guide activities)
Additional Child: €15
The indicative number of children must be informed by Thursday and the final adjustment confirmed by Friday at 3 pm.
Reservations are made by bank transfer of €70 to IBAN: PT50 0010 0000 3874 4530 0010 7 (Pequenos Diabretes, Lda). The remaining amount will be paid on the day of the party, based on the final number of guests confirmed by Friday.
📅 Change and Cancellation Policy
The party date can be changed without restrictions up to 15 days in advance.
If the change is made after this deadline, the reservation will be subject to time availability.
We do not refund the reservation amount in case of cancellation.
